Through a flexible approach to production control, WestWind manages production and logistics activities from inception to completion – providing quick response to fluctuating customer needs.

Electrical Fabrication

WestWind can design a custom solution or build-to-print.  We specialize in manufacturing custom wiring harnesses, electrical leads, cables, and electro-mechanical assemblies built to our customers' specifications.  All electrical fabrication adhere to rigorous quality requirements and comply with our registered AS9100 quality standards.

Metal Fabrication

WestWind has state-of-the-art metal fabrication, assembly and paint capabilities. Our advanced technology and employee expertise assist in complete coordination of any project from concept design to final product.

Warehouse and Kitting

WestWind's warehouse consistently accounts for over 50,000 SKUs providing customized inventory control including LIFO, FIFO, and lot-control inventory systems. We offer the flexibility to adjust to ever-changing customer demands and provide total inventory control solutions for internally-manufactured, purchased, and/or customer-furnished materials.

Our kitting capabilities utilize the personnel, equipment, and expertise to provide economic solutions for established kitting needs through fulfillment, quality assurance, verification, and distribution. We also offer in-house, custom-designed packaging to ensure that products arrive in the manner that the customer desires.
