Authorized Users: Available to Department of Defense (DOD) and other Federal Agencies to provide rapid access to products and services to research, develop, upgrade, install, fabricate, test, operate, maintain and support new and existing platforms, systems, and subsystems. Non-Federal agencies may use the R2-3G contract if the work is within scope and federal funds are used to fund the effort. R2-3G is CECOM's primary Homeland Defense Security contract.
