Subcontractor to the following Small Business Prime Contractors in support of functional and programmatic areas required by all U.S. Army and Department of Defense (DoD) Agencies for battlefield success:

• System Studies & Simulation, Inc. (S3)
Providing quick and accurate logistical support to meet the evolving mission needs of the War Fighter.

Authorized Users: Primary -- AMC, FORSCOM, USARC, IMCOM. Secondary -- All other U.S. Army elements. Additional -- DoD Agencies
Contract Period of Performance: February 2007 through February 2012 - Base year wtih Four Option Years, two suites (restricted small business and unrestricted large business)
• 1st option period: 6 February 2012 to 5 February 2013
• 2nd option period: 6 February 2013 to 5 February 5 2014
Program Ceiling: $9 billion for the first 5 years; $36 billion over 20 years
Available Order Types: Multiple Award ID/IQ task-order-driven contract supporting FFP, T&M and Cost-Plus.
About FIRST: The FIRST Contract Vehicle is a 20-year contracting program (four 5-year awards) and supports 12 task areas providing logistics related services. All but two task areas are open to restricted suite primes. Awardees in the restricted suite do not compete with awardees in the unrestricted suite for task orders, and vice versa. Authority to use FIRST can be delegated to any Government Contracting Activity. No user fees or IFF. Supports both CONUS and OCONUS.
