About AMCOM Express: EXPRESS is a cornerstone contract vehicle that enables Team Redstone to efficiently acquire cost effective services in a timely manner. Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) task-order agreement with provisions for level of effort or completion task, the EXPRESS Program very successfully implements a cooperative environment to efficiently support AMCOM's mission with advisory and assistance services. It has provided high-technology, high-quality, relevant, and responsive advisory and assistance services to AMCOM; Research, Development, and Engineering Command (RDECOM); Program Executive Offices; Program Managers; and functional organizations.
