About SPOTS: The Aviation Applied Technology Directorate (AATD) is a designated focal point for rotorcraft and other related multi-discipline technology research and integration within the US Army Research, Development and Engineering Command’s Aviation and Missile Research, Development and Engineering Center. WestWind shall furnish the personnel, facilities, equipment and material specified in individual task orders, necessary to perform engineering and technical services for developmental and fielded aviation systems.
